Congratulations to Blondie, one of Nala's favorite dogs. This brave girl was rescued from Okeechobee Animal Control by Nala's after she was gored by a hog. Following a few surgeries (thanks to Dr. Mary Bressman for her expertise) and rehabilitation in her foster home, Blondie was healed and ready for a new life. She learned to be a dog and realized what being in a loving home was like thanks to our volunteer Katie and her family who fostered Blondie. Now thanks to Susan and Phil she has a forever home of her own. She loves the new blanket Susan knitted her and she loves her daily walks and her fenced yard where she spends time on the patio watching the birds and squirrels. We are so happy for Blondie and wish her and her new family years of happiness. We love you Blondie!
