Shadow is a very special girl looking for a special foster home. She is a wonderful 11 year old Siberian Husky who was recently returned to Nala's due to a change in the family situation where she has been living for 6 years. She is heartbroken to be in a kennel after being in a home for so long and she is looking for a place to "hang her hat" for her retirement years. Shadow is great with other dogs and is very quiet and well behaved. She walks good on a leash and enjoys swimming in our doggie pool. The reason we are looking for a foster home for Shadow is we want to keep Shadow under the care of our veterinarian for her current medical issues which just require her to be on special food and medication (which Nala's provides) and due to her age she qualifies for our senior program so we will continue to pay for her vet bills. Please share her story so we can work together to find this special senior a loving foster home.
