Congratulations to Daisy (on the left) on her adoption! This sweet girl was rescued 1 1/2 years ago from Okeechobee Animal Control when Nalas was notified that Daisy was heartworm positive so she would not qualify to be transported to our partner in NH. We posted her story once she arrived at Nala's ranch and thankfully a wonderful family offered to foster Daisy and help get her thru the heartworm treatment. We are happy to share that Daisy finally received a negative heartworm test so we can finalize her adoption. We would like to thank Susan, Charles, their 2 sons and their dog Mako (pictured in the photo with Daisy) for fostering her and now adopting her into their family. She is so happy to be with a family and Mako has helped teach Daisy how to be a dog. We wish Daisy and her forever family years of happiness.
